Addressing Development on Aboriginal Freehold Land A Professional Development Seminar
There is great confusion about the sequence of obtaining an ILUA, lease and development approval to see economic development materialise on Aboriginal Freehold Land. This seminar is designed as a practical lecture targeted specifically at addressing development on Aboriginal Freehold Land.
The purpose of the seminar is to provide a step-by-step overview of the process and includes the roles and responsibilities of Land Trusts, Prescribed Bodies Corporate,Planners, Developers and Local Government authorities.
