Super Adobe: Earth bag building techniques and principles on a 7 day intensive workshop taught by experienced CalEarth Alumni - another first for Far North Queensland! July 5 - 11  2014 $800 for 7 days including all meals and camping.

Australia's First Tropical Earthship build: Be part of a hands-on community building workshop with facilitators trained by Michael Reynolds!e19 July - 1 August 2014 $1000 for 2 weeks including all meals and camping

These workshops will teach you practical skills in natural building from start to finish, including working with locally sourced natural materials, using reused/recycled/reclaimed materials, earthbags, tyre pounding, bottle and can walls and natural plastering, and making form work for windows and doors, and much more.

 
All these building techniques are extremely strong, low cost, low impact – and simple to learn!
