Stallholder applications are now open for the Cairns ECOfiesta which is being held Sunday 31 May from 10am at the Cairns Cruise Liner Terminal.Â
Eco-Fiesta for the Townsville region will be made available shortly.
Here’s what you need to know:
The vendor / stallholder space is Terminal 2 of the Cairns Cruise Liner terminal, positioned between the outdoor and the indoor stage areas to create high pedestrian activity throughout the day.
The cost to have a stall is:
Not for profit groups are free of charge. A stall consists of 1.8m frontage with trestle table and chair supplied.
A single business stall costs $80. A single stall consists of 1.8m frontage with trestle table and chair supplied.
A double business stall costs $120. A double stall consists of 3.6m frontage with two trestle tables and two chairs supplied.
To ensure a high standard of sustainability focused vendors and exhibitors, all stall displays must relate to reducing the impacts of human related activities on the natural environment. Please familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions on thestallholder registration page to ensure your stall application is appropriate.
Registered stallholders will be emailed between 18 – 22 May with bump-in instructions, including the best places to unload and park for the day.
The waterfront stage will continue with live music until 6pm for those stallholders that wish to enjoy the festival too.
Get creative with your stall. How will you make your stall stand out from the rest? An interactive game or a tactile display perhaps?
ECOfiesta is an event with a difference because sustainability is part of the events DNA. The stalls, the food, the activities, the entertainment and the attendees are all promoting the environmental, community and economic benefits of ‘doing well by doing good.’ Council’s sustainability team look forward to seeing you at the ECOfiesta.
