Custom designed for professional office use. Includes the re-use of the existing timber home as part of the first floor.
To be built in a lower lying part of Parramatta Park, floodproofing required a raised ground floor of 1.4 metres increasing costs and compliance for disability access.
The design focuses on the facade, maximising the building height with a party wall on one boundary.
